Hey Priceless, Firstly, thanks for your order and welcome to the EG community - my sincere apologies it wasn't a smoother experience this time around! While the manufacturers we stock are top-tier and take rigorous measures with their Quality Control processes, unfortunately, a tiny percentage of items can develop issues, which I appreciate is frustrating. In this case, I understand that you aren't satisfied with your mousepad, which is no problem to return as our Customer Care team has mentioned. I can see that they have provided you with all of the information required to get it back to us free of charge, and safely, for a full refund. They've got your back and will also report the issue to the manufacturer :-) The team will look after you from here on in and process your return as soon as we receive it back, but in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to them again if you have any further questions at all.
