“I ordered from Canada. My package of a roof vent cover & light took 18 days to get here and Canada Post wants $24.73 in custom duties. I can return my order but etrailer will deduct the shipping costs from my money back.”

“Ordering was easy. I got a roof rack and a shade for my truck. It was several months before I got around to putting the shade on my truck. When I tried to install the shade I discovered I was missing all the hardware. I contacted etrailer about it and they shoved some policies in my face. The hardware costs over $150 and my shade is unusable without it.
If everything goes smooth then this is a great online retailer. But, if you have anything go sideways they are completely worthless.
