“I’m going neutral on my rating, because while the ordering, receiving, and product itself were great. I’m trying to exchange the item for a different size and now it’s nothing but bad. From what I’m seeing their return/exchange process is that they send you an address in another country and no postage or envelope assistance. So I paid $19 for this ring, received it within 2 weeks, but I have to pay $50 to have it exchanged, and it will take about a month? Great.”
