“The finger measurement that you print off is not exact so be careful as my ring is probably 1 size too big. Yes you can return i know but i got a watch from the USA quicker that I did from ETRNL that had to travel from one side of melbourne to the other so no point. Outside of that the service was OK.”

“After looking everywhere for a plain gold wedding band I was lucky enough to find Etrnl Rings online. Seriously the best people to deal with. They went over and above as I ordered the wrong size(+had it Engraved!)It was replaced using the warranty they have in place. They were in contact with me the whole time. The service is absolutely fantastic and the delivery is super fast. My husband loved the ring and also appreciates the strength of the Tungsten(his original wedding ring broke). I am generally very sceptical of online buying but I would do it a lot more if every business had the same customer service ethics that Etrnl Rings has. The engraving was excellent also. This business definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend the product and the business to everyone.”

“We initially bought the wrong size but the exchange process was a breeze and the customer service from ETRNL was excellent. They did not make us pay for the return postage unlike a lot of other companies! Very impressed! The ring is beautiful and exactly as pictured.”
