“I bought the correct size ring but the wrong one was sent the first time, I then proceeded to order two larger sizes (as I was under the impression that my first order was incorrect) and didn't receive a return envelope with my order. I also had to call several times to have ETRNL initiate the exchange after I sent the original one back two weeks prior. In the end, I've been left with the wrong size ring, and gave up because communicating with ETRNL has been too difficult. I decided to order the original size (which was correct the whole time) from Amazon, and I now have 10 silicone rings for the price I paid for one ETRNL silicone ring and it's they are perfect. I've now wasted about $35 of my hard-earned cash and I'm left with a product that I don't need.”
