“My partner loves his beautiful and simple ring. ETRNL has such great service- Australia Post lost my orginal parcel and waited weeks before admitting it was lost and undelivered. On notifying ETRNL, they had a new customised ring sent out within a few days and it arrived in less than 10 days. Thanks ETRNL team! For those getting engraved rings, do take note of the proof- you may need extra spaces with some font and letters. We had an extra space put in to fix some letters that were to close and checked the proof- it came out perfect and looked in real life just like the proof. Highly recommend ETRNL!”

“Feels like a high quality material, has plenty of stretch but also doesn’t grab or drag on things like cheaper silicone stuff. I wear rubber gloves at work a lot, and I was worried that this would grip onto another rubber surface and make gloves hard to put on but no such problem. Fits true to size and is easy to get on/off. There’s cheaper options on eBay for sure, but this is well worth the extra money.”

“Incredible experience! Accidentally ordered the wrong size and they allowed us to head to their factory, swap it, look at others and we’re so incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember the guys name - but he was so lovely and amazing customer service! Highly recommend.”

“The quality of the ring is SO GOOD! Gifted it to my partner (carpenter) and he is amazed about how strong and resistant it is. Not a single scratch after 2 months of wearing it to work every day. Super good value and super good quality. On top of the quality, the customer service is SUPREME! I had a few issues with the size (my fault) and the team helped me sort it out and made it happen in record time so that I would have the ring for the event I I had planned. If I ever have to buy another ring I will most definitely get it from Etrnl. 100% recommended”

“We love this ring. My husband has another wedding band which he uses for other occassions but this one he uses for work. It is smaller than his other one and he loves it. He also isn't worried about scratching it up since this isn't his expensive wedding band. I also unfortunately got the wrong size to begin with but the exchange process was so easy and straight forward. Thank you for a great experience!”
