“I recently purchased the Gold Tungsten ring for my husband and the Etrnl team's customer service has been top-notch. We went through 3 different ring sizes to get the right fit and each exchange was seamless with the team. While the ring sizer helps, if your finger has a wider knuckle, then it's not great to use as the ring sizer moves as you try to put the ring on/off. We wish there was a size between R 1/2 and S 1/2 - as that would've been the best fit, but that's the trade-off we made for not getting a custom gold ring. In the end,the price point for a Tungsten ring makes it well worth it.”

“Even though one of my silicon rings broke their refund/replace system is fantastic. I was assisted through every step and it was all made clear and easy.
