“Very easy to use platform, especially for placing, and indeed cancelling, orders. Charts are simple to customise and to create various strategy watchlists. Minimal if any, slippage from orders, other than at news spikes as is to be expected. I do have another platform, but use ETX 95% of my trading.”

“I have been with ETX for over a year now and really pleased with their service. I did try few other brokers , just to see what else is out there, but each time had to admit that etx was much better. There is always a direct access to people you need to talk to, its really east to get in touch with them and I never had to wait on the phone for ages, like with few other brokers. their platform (trader pro) is just what I need - no stupid useless features that I have seen with other providers, their platform is simple enough, its not overly complicated with unnecessary things which only slow down my pc. etx guys have the best spread for the market I trade and everything is transparent. Yes there were some minor issues like any other prober would have, but the difference is that etx is good at fixing things quick and hassle free. I am always chased by other companies to switch , but I am sticking with etx , as they have been the best really.”

“A visually easy to use platform with fast execution. 1st year of trading no problems or issues or slippage. Education - good on-going seminars, webinars (for those not in London). “I have found that over the last few years that the customer service has been brilliant. The safety of my investments is good the interventions on my sometimes exposed risks has protected me from getting into debt especially when I have not put on stops and the market has moved suddenly. The information using the platform tools is good although for me a bit too technical. The video explanation that are on the site help a lot and I feel valued as a customer. I have advised friends that using this company is a fun and enjoyable way to be involved in the stock markets and the only thing that could make it better still is if there was a customer open forum where we could share information and gain more insights on trading.”
