Hi, I am very pleased with the efficiency of the whole platform, it seems to run like clockwork - someone must be working hard in the back ground. Also I enjoy the further education syllabus and its flexibility to join in when you can or need to, and, of course, the content is first class. For me, everything is fine and access to customer services works well.

I like the new features of the app, though it seems there still a lot to improve but it's definitely so much better than the old one.

Dear Sirs First, Alpari went bankrupt. Then we had an incredible bureaucracy to do. My money was not repaid as promised on my credit card or bank account. No, it was transferred automatically and without ask me to the ETX broker. And now the shock. ETX has already charged my account 3 times with 20 euros. Do you really think that this corresponds to a good customer service? I've been working with different brokers for many years, but I've never seen anything like it before! I can not accept such things. No problem, I have three other brokers to ensure a better service. Best regards Account 5508283 Markus Menzi

I'm very pleased with the delivery of ETX webinars. My recommendation would be for you to have a place on your website were one can access recorded videos. Your delivery is very fresh and up to date. Keep it up

I have tried for the longest time to get you to get my name right i.e first name Richard, last name Grunwald. I have no funds in the account nor will I fund an account with a broker who cannot get my name right. Apart from the offense it causes, I can not transfer from an account with a wrong name to any other bank account etc with my correct name

They do not just want to attract traders but they really like to enhance or improve the traders skills by offering them good webinars.And form my view that is very important.

Your webinars are constructed well, follow a logic order & helps to educate me on how to develop & understand trading markets. The TraderPro platform is user friendly & intuitive. Your Customer Service staff are also knowledgeable & friendly.

Your overnight transaction fees are ridiculous. I am trading exotic currencies Dollar/Rand and as if the spread isn't big enough you have these ridiculous fees on your substandard trading platform. Please put this review on your website or facebook page instead of just the 5 star reviews. And please respond to my email I sent two days ago.

The trading platform didn't allow me to set a "Stop Loss" so I am not inclined to use ETX anymore. Your money withdrawal conditions are too restrictive. The minimum withdrawal amount of £100 and that only 5 times a month (if it is to be free of charge) doesn't look too inviting at all. Your competitors e.g CMC allow any amount to be withdrawn as many times as one desires per month. So if you can please delete me from your database and close down my Live Account that I hold with you.

Cen more than helpful but because my work commitments I can only trade at nights. I wanted to place my first trade tonight but all of the markets were closed but I thought that I could still place trade that would be executed when the markets reopened. Also only daily rolling positions available. I couldn't get anyone by phone but will speak to Cen on Monday.

Asking for a review at a time when spread betting firms are under regulatory scrutiny is appropriate. I've made a deposit, opened up an MT4 trading platform, and have heard very little since. Given that the vast majority of traders lose money, the support and risk warnings have been sparse, although I am receiving emails with webinars each week. All new clients should be given more support when they join and enough warning to understand how risky this type of trading is.

My trade was disabled because my documents were not verified yet. I called your customer care to help me close my trade so as not to incre much loss but they couldn't. This approach seem to tell me that you don't want me on your platform...the message is clear.
