“Order placed 3wks ago. Finally messaged them. Got an apology reply with no actual reason given to the issue. 3 emails later. Was told order still with pharmacy.
They won't refund.
Never had this problem before with them but now I'm thinking they are possibly going bust.
Will not give a straight answer to my questions.

“Oh my life I've only just stumbled on this website for reviews. Eumeds have ripped me of aswel. £427.52 I've lost to them. Always had issues with them but they do eventually sort issues out but now 6 weeks on I'm still hanging on and can't phone them anymore, just bleeps and line city's off, no replies to emails either. I'm absolutely sick by this now.
Found these on another review site so you could try them. I've personally only used them a couple of times and so far so good 👍 next day delivery, tracking numbers provided and great customer service.

“they used to be good but not anymore. Had over £150:00 for my orders, was told they were at customs for 3 weeks. I contacted them as now over a month, I was informed they had cancelled my orders as instructed .. so they have had my money for a month and then cancelled my order, the person so am dealing with has not responded to my query, I have asked for copy of this ‘alleged’ cancellation? he has just told me to reorder (refund not received as yet). Terrible service. Just imagine how much interest they must receive holding customers money for over a month ? they need to be investigated . ps the dis out they send to apply on purchased does not work 😡”

UPDATE: I was very worried at first, as the tracking number I was sent never updated, and I was in limbo for 8 days, wondering if I had been scammed. Happily, this is not the case!
Have now received my meds from Royal Mail. They are 100% legit - a common brand, in pristine blister packs, with the side effects leaflet and a proper pharmacy label and instructions on the box!
Shortly before receiving them I got an email from Eumeds with a completely different tracking number than the original one. It showed the full journey of my order. Not sure what the first supposed tracking number was, as it never did work. Very confusing but all’s well that ends well - you do just need to be patient!! 8 days in total, from date of order. Not too bad in the end!
(If they can make their tracking info more accurate, everything will be perfect. Would also be good if they clarified that orders take over a week, as the website is misleading with regards to the timeframe.)”
“They are a scam company - the emails keep coming and the STOP text never works so you can never get rid of them . I had to buy some strong medication once when unable to get to my dr and they continue to bug me 2 years later . It’s highly illegal to sell on line those types of drugs, so I’m wary about what I’m buying! Seems there’s some unscrupulous Dr’s signed prescriptions somewhere?”
“They scammed me out of £89 by charging me for a product I never received, I contacted them 7 days after the order date and was told to wait until the 7th of July and get back in touch with them if the item still hadn't arrived.
Well it didn't and when I got in touch they said in order to process a refund I had to fill a claim form - what they don't tell you is that the claim contains a declaration you have to sign waiving your rights to a refund.
No, I'm not joking.
I'm reporting them to Action Fraud UK because they're running a scam and I will have to get my Credit Card company to claw the money back.
EUmeds are a scam. They will take your money, not send your meds and then refuse to give you a refund unless you sign a declaration waiving your rights to a refund.
They're scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!”
