“Terrible customer service we purchased 2 saeco coffee machine from Eurocoffee Lavaza last February 14, 2022 for event purpose on that day we are facing some issue with the both machine. Instead of assisting the concern for the issue asking more money to repair the machine even this should be under warranty. Thinking Eurocoffee bring the name of Lavaza which is premium brand, so we expect premium servive but is totally opposite.
I strongly adviced to the Eurocoffee company owner to replace your Management and people in the customer care and technical team. Because this will be the main reason why your sales is down and pushing your loyal customer away. Totally disaster please dont buy anything from this company.”

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover these damages and losses, and you have declined the opportunity to rectify the issues at your cost.
