Order parts based off of their website annotated from my year, make and model. When then-arts were delivered they were wrong and didn’t not fit. It took all day for them to send me an email telling me that it was not there error and told me that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee along with the cost of the return shipping. I will never do business with this place again! If I could give it zero stars, I would!

I had the worst experience- Run - this company will not send you the correct parts and then blame you for their mistake. I purchased brake pads and rotors from them - They got the rear pads correct but sent the wrong front pads - this is after I sent them the VIN number of my vehicle to ensure the correct fitment. When I mechanic went to install we learn Europarts sent the wrong part. They refuse to pay for shipment to return the part and blame me for their mistake- steer clear of this company……

I’ve had great experiences for 8 years until 2024. Made a 4,000 order through affirm & they have BS me around since the order. Never sent the order & I missed my appointment. Almost 2 weeks later I get the stuff & my brakes were wrong. (I paid the mechanic still) followed there refund policy to a “T” & sent it back, called days later they said they received it & this was 3 weeks ago but no refund & Affirm is saying it has not been been initiated at all. Never again! I’ve also made my first payment to affirm!!!! 😡

Not happy lot of time wasted and hassle to settle down account. Battery ordered on 13 July and received as next day delivery on 20th July. Took 20 days to get refund. Thanks to Customer service at last paid full amount back.

Ordered a jet wash march 30th which website stated was in stock paid £109.99 and received confirmation that the order would be delivered within 5 - 9 days due to the current situation which I was quite happy with waited 11 days to be told that the item was out of stock and would be two weeks before they would have any in stock and they would be quite happy to refund the money to which I agreed to one week later still waiting for sed refund not happy at all very poor service will not be using then again 😡 😡

I have recently been in touch with euro parts. but I am not satisfied with their responce.It seems its all about ticking the boxes not helping the customer.
