I rented a 5 door BMW X5 in Hamburg airport , they did not delivery it claim about not be able to check driverlicence not accept all documentation from police . They didn't return my money back ca 1000€ for one week.
Very bad customer service no call answer I called them chat no response.

Do not use this company. No matter what they promise, they will not deliver when it comes down to delivery. Then they will just fob you off every time you email them.
