Refund - Difficult

So therefore no attempt to refund these charges, not even an offer of a percentage, and basically a go away, we have your money and tough luck! As I said never again.

I booked a car at least two months ago for my Puerto Rico trip, but they said that they ran out of cars and did not provide a car to me. They even refused to refund without providing the service.

Yet, somehow, the staff "forgot" to inform me that the price wouldn't reflect a full refund, not even close to half the cost.

My van was cancelled the night before I needed it. I had saved money to.pay for it, which I had paid for in advance and saved money for petrol. My refund would not be received until following week so therefore had no money to rent another. Absolutely disgraceful business ethics. Don't use them!

I have to pay for a taxi and wait under the rain for some time just because I trusted this company and not sure if they give a refund or not.

Were emailed confirmation of change and that initial payment of £1500 would be refunded, and they took the new booking value of £400.

I am still waiting for a refund, while Europcar just says they have nothing to do with it (curious thing, they had my reservation, which means that there is an "open line of comunication" between both companies.
