“Do not waste your time. Went to this store in Leicester looking to purchase two hybrid bikes. We were in the store for over 30mins whereby no staff came to offer help. Went to the till to ask if anyone could advise and a staff member said ‘that will be me then’ wtaf. He came to the hybrid area, offered no advice, we asked the difference between two bikes, said they were the same, they weren’t!!!. Went queried why and he said ‘not sure’. He then left us and disappeared back to the till area without any reason. We left the shop in disgust, found another shop in the Leicester area who couldn’t have been more helpful on their products. Consequently we spent our money and bought two bikes from them. Can’t express my disgust and amazement to the lack of effort by the staff in this branch. Should be ashamed Evans. Re train or sack your non invested staff.”

Lies about delivery times , two separate people insinuated three time’s that I was lying!
My local store is closed, so no in person support.

“I have recently purchased a bike from them. The service has not been acceptable to me; so delayed was it, that I canceled the order, only for them to ignore my request and send it nearly eight weeks late!. The bike has arrived and there is no tool to assemble it, despite their assembly video stating that one is included. I have tried calling them, but their phones are not working. I have emailed them via their website and have been informed that it will take 7-10 days to receive a reply. I cannot webchat with them, because that too does not work. It would be great to be able to ride my £700 bike at some stage. Perhaps they could contact me?!!!”
