I purchased the bike and was offered a delivery slot from ArrowXL on the 3rd of august, I opted to have it delivered on the 5th as wanted to hide it as it was a surprise, the delivery confirmation came through and time slot between 12:30 and 14:30 so I took the afternoon off work all good, as time ticked past it got to 15:00 so tried to use the online chat they replied at 09:00 the next morning, in the meantime I googled and found a number and gave them a call, I was astonished when I got through to be told that the bike was not coming, it had not been organised in time, I was then told it would go back to the depot for re delivery, absurdly we are located in Nottingham, the bike was apparently in Nottingham and the depot it was going back to was in……… Wigan!!, as the call centre operative was zero help I had to agree a new delivery date of the 10th of August after my sons birthday.

Ordered a helmet online when at the store. Helmet arrived in a box which was totally demolished and ripped open. It looked as though the warehouse had retrieved it from the tip. It was obvious the helmet must have been dropped given the state of the box but no I still had to pay not only for the delivery but again to return it. No doubt Evans will sell this damaged helmet to some other mug. Never buying from Evans again.
