At first Gavin tried telling me that the car had now depreciated and he was unable to refund my £2000 pounds deposit and it would now work out a lot less and I could use that as a deposit onto a new car.

Still waiting for my service to be booked and my parcel shelf, getting very close to just driving it back and leaving it there for a refund, communication has been terrible and simple issues could have been fixed within days if they actually knew what they was doing, tried to push me into buying a warranty and claiming they dont make money off it which is another lie, also told me when i said no i was basically silly as their 3 month warranty only covers up to £500 etc when i know consumer rights covers act covers anything for same amount of time as their warranty as long as you can prove the fault is a progressive fault and couldn't have been caused by you driving it for x amount of miles and the warranty is a rip off anyway, they just resell it and are very smart with how they choose which parts are covered and which are not.

There is NO REFUND if you sell the car within the time frame ( a grace period of 30 days from taking the policy is the only chance of a refund )
SCORCHED into paying £1,000 for 3 years without the knowledge of the very fine print saying no refunds once purchased if you sell the car.

Was not shown inside the car, car smelt, had warning light displayed on dash, all the tyre were underinflated. Before left showroom complained about warning light. 'nothing they could do and advised to take to ford dealership under warranty. When a second warning light came on, demanded a refund and returned car. Was told refund would be in bank yesterday, still nothing today. Sales people, Euan and Mohammed were a disgrace.

I had a duck and dive session Friday afternoon through to Tuesday morning where no one was ever available to speak to me and no one ever called me back Tuesday after I received a call from the salesman saying a small issue, they were going to refund me as they were not selling the van to me as the price was wrong and they wanted more money for it.
