“Very unhappy. Bought a vaporizer costing £70.
Item arrived faulty.
Took them a week to decide if I can have it replaced.
Have to send back tracked out of my own expenses.
If anything happens in transit will be my fault.
God knows when I will be having back a new one and when and IF I will receive the full sendback refund which amounts approx an additional £30!
Been through this some time ago with some other company and turned up a waste of money and time which makes it cheaper and faster to buy a new one from somewhere else.
Reading other reviews I will not go through the hassle. Lost £100+ down the drain.
My suggestion is to avoid buying from this site as their return policy on faulty devices which are clearly a manufacturer fault sucks.
Would have expected an immediate replacement without so much hassle.
Look elsewhere to avoid disaapointment if for some reason the device does not function.
There is a reason why they avoid reviews and feedback on their FB page. BEWARE!”
