I emailed customer service two weeks ago regarding a parcel which was due to delivered by courier service. Checked online to find out the courier had registered the parcel as 'being delivered' when it was in fact left on window by my front door and must have been stolen because I didn't receive the parcel. Courier advised to get refund and still waiting for reply to email.

They lied that dpd had tried to deliver twice. On Clearpay they are enforcing cash out my bank I don’t owe I paid never received goods. Now after my birthday in 60 days enforcing 47.09 then another 60 days same again it means they lie about refunds and try to remove cash repeatedly for items not sent they are charging me twice plus extras I’m Furious I’ve no way to stop it or get refunds I’ve reported it to action fraud too Do not buy they don’t send and they steal cash stating it’s between us and yours and until we receive it back we won’t refund you at all tracking is stuck and won’t deliver to them or me I rung dpd who said they never delivered as damaged hmmm Odd as e5p say twice they delivered had arguement with my neighbour which is a lie never happened They use to be a safe company now they steal and rob your account of cash

I bought about 7 dresses, all of which were absolutely disgusting when they arrived. Cheap quality, (all polyester, bar one, which looks like packing material) and some looked nothing like what they did on the website. The only reason I didn’t get a refund was because I missed the returns window, as I didn’t open the box straight away. All were “Collection London” items.

I've been buying from E5£ for years, (international purchases as i'm not on the UK) but unfortunately i have noticed a huge decline over the last years concerning their organization and costumer support I had several problems with orders i made that didn't arrive, faulty items, international shipping prices have gone through the roof, and so on Because of that i drastically decreased my purchases on the website But on August the 24th 2021 i decided to try once more and ordered a dress I received the order confirmation email, but after that no other info about the shipping details More than 3 weeks later as i had no follow up on the item, and on the orders page it had a tiny line saying: Quantity shipped 0, i contacted the company through the website They answered me to an email i have registered on Paypal, but which is not the email associated to the E5£ account, and they questioned which email was the correct one (when they have the account email recorded on the section "My account information", it has remained the same for 10 years) After a couple of days they sent another email saying that due to technical issues the order hadn't been sucessfull, so they were going to refund the payment (before this point i had never received a cancellation order info) Bottom line, they had the payment on their side for almost a month, and only when i claimed the item they found out the order wasn't "sucessfull" and cancelled it If i hadn't questioned were the parcel was, and if it had been shipped, i would still be waiting for it, and without the money This has happened more than once, reason why i cannot rely or advise anyone to rely on this company procedure mode So if you order from them, it may go well, but if it goes bad, remember that you already read something about it.

I ordered a pair of sandals amongst other items - paid for them - then I received a note from the Global Company - saying that they have refunded the amount for the sandals as they were not in stock.

They also lie and don't refund you.

The only negative thing I would say is E5P have totally change the way they issue refunds which have gone totally downhill.

The worst part is having to go to the post office, use your own expensive packing tape etc send back unsaleable faulty items that most retailers would refund and say keep/bin.
