“ The customer service has been so shockingly poor. ”

“ I emailed customer service two weeks ago regarding a parcel which was due to delivered by courier service. Checked online to find out the courier had registered the parcel as 'being delivered' when it was in fact left on window by my front door and must have been stolen because I didn't receive the parcel. Courier advised to get refund and still waiting for reply to email. ”
