“I ordered the tumblers on 3/21/22 with the expectation that they would be delivered on Wednesday 3/23/22. • I called Monday 3/28/22 and spoke with Lauren who then told me the order was somehow held at the warehouse/production and Lauren Kind (acct manager) was not told or advised. • I requested the order be cancelled and asked for a refund on 3/28/22. I made the request over the phone, which Lauren then told me she would work on that and get back to me the next day. Didn’t receive any calls or emails. • Called again and have since spoke to Kara, and Zach in customer service and today, Brock. I was told twice that someone would get back to me. • 3/31/22 I received the order I cancelled at my office. All 80 of the tumblers which shows a ship date of 3/29/22. • The color on the tumblers that were shipped out are Green and not teal as I had ordered them. 4/11/22- I have since spoken to Kara-Zach-Brock-Ellis and now Tyler and have gotten no answers to my requests.Communication is terrible at this company and have done nothing to correct their problem. I will not use this company, dont trust them!”

“I placed an order for a number of items with Mehul. All items arrived perfectly except one! The wrong item was sent, Mehul rectified this on the same day I emailed and within a week my correct item was here. Thank you for all your help Mehul, you were fantastic. Will be back soon!”

“This is my second time dealing with Everything Branded and I found the company very officiant, always came back to me, the product is of a high quality, and their pricing is very competitive. “I contacted Everything Branded for a launch day event. I needed urgent collateral for our business and gave a lead time of less than 2 weeks, fully recognise this was tricky! Neil Ghadialy was amazing, he took all the pressure off me and ensured I was able to run the event with items I needed. The entire process was smooth, supportive and dealt with, with care and diligence. My delivery arrived as promised, very happy with Neil, he also followed up to make sure i was OK, amazing service!
