“Cameron Robertson has been great from start to finish, he is always on hand and answers queries very quickly. The process from initial enquiry to the products arriving was much faster than I thought and Cameron was very accommodating throughout. “For over 2 weeks we called more than a dozen times and every single time we were told that our sales representative Richard S. was busy. We had a time-sensitive order and could not get any updates about it. We asked repeatedly to get a tracking number and they would not provide it. When they finally did provide it it was passed when the order was due and it wasn't for both of the orders. It was only for one. The order arrived weeks after it was needed, we have sent over a dozen emails, and they are not responding. None of our phone calls were responded to. It's likely the worst experience I've ever had with a promotional products company. I've ordered hundreds of thousands of dollars of promotional products from a variety of companies have never experienced anything quite this awful. I highly encourage you to find any other business but this one”
