DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. only 30 day return/ warranty. Mine made it 38 days quit working was told nothing they can do about it. Waste of money don't buy

Horrendous experience. Sent me a broken item and refused to accept a return. Worst customer experience to date. Avoid at all costs!

Hi, just to warn you all - read carefully T&C’s before purchase! You find out if you want to return item (for any reasons) you have to send to Sweden. On top company reserve rights to charge you restock fees! I bought few items and tried return 2 phone case because of quality issue. I spend £12 for parcel as has to be recorded, signed customs declaration form etc and after several weeks of waiting recieved parcel back as didn’t go through Sweden customs! I’ve contacted Post Office to find out why and basically they said they can’t do nothing and I need to contact Sweden Customs! No help from Evolved Charges at all! I can’t send parcel again as I’m worried I się d another £12 and history repeats! I’m stack now with 2 cases I don’t really want and can’t do nothing about it!

Sent one defective item and one wrong item and the company won't pay for shipping. One of the worst customer experiences I've had.

The products are very, very poor quality and customer service disappears once they have your money.

When I protested, they replied that they would refund if the product was in like-new condition. Oh, and I would have to pay for shipping and any customs duties, fees or other charges necessary to return it. AND no refund if I hadn’t bought the special plug/cord (cuz it works if you buy that). Well, I got burned once, what kind of fool would pay DEvolved more money based on its assurance that it will work with a new plug? If the “fix” doesn’t work, I’m out more money and still have to incur return-shipping charges with no guarantee of getting my money. AND they tell you that they will deduct a “RESTOCKING FEE” (15%). So they make it economically unreasonable to return it. What they haven’t considered is that when they do business in the USA, they subject themselves to its laws. Those laws protect consumers from deceptive trade practices as well as warranty laws including a breach of warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Not only that, but they subject themselves to being sued in the venue where the breach occurs. In my case, that’s South Dakota. Can you imagine how surprised they’ll be when they discover that they can be hauled into court in SD to face allegations of deception, breach of warranty, and a host of other charges (including the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act)? They’ll discover that issuing a small refund would have been so very much faster, cheaper, and less harmful for their business reputation (if it could get any worse) than facing a Pennington County jury, not to mention the enormous costs they’ll incur hiring local counsel (to appear in court they must retain a lawyer licensed to practice in SD). Talk about spending millions to save a few pennies! I’ll update this review as the lawsuit progresses. Get Outlook for iOS

ordered on the 14th November.... apparently still in transit... Cant speak to anyone, reponse by standard email that keeps saying its in transit and will be with us shortly but has been stuck in transit since the 16th ... awful

They get my new samsung foldz 5 and my new galaxy 6 watch hot, and if it isn't exactly the right position they won't charge. I bought 2 at 80.00 and 60.00 dollars, 1 gets them extremely hot, the other one gets hot, and is picky about how you position them. I seen other ones on ebay for way cheaper , and if they dont work at least it was a cheaper experience. Will not ever buy again.

Waited weeks for delivery. Delivered the wrong item. I have sent proof of this. They are denying it. I have had to chase them several times and they still refuse to give me the returns information. Terrible customer service

I was sent a faulty charger and they have, and requested a replacement. I emailed them all the information they requested, but they are refusing to respond.
