However, it was difficult to find out when the WallPod would be delivered once I had placed the order online, and my phone call to check was misunderstood as a complaint. This was a minor problem in the circumstances.”

My smallish Rolec charger was packed in a small box inside a huge box, and then filled with 2 bin bags worth of non-biodegradable polystyrene peanuts.
Not acceptable from an company now, let alone an EV one.”
“Fast delivery however website is misleading. I thought I was buying a 32A lead only to find it was 16A (apparently I'd missed a none obvious drop down box). Price was higher and invoice states it is a 16A/32A lead, so I assumed it could do either (incorrectly apparently).
I was then told I'd have to pay to send it back which I argued against on the grounds that the website is misleading and the invoice does not state it was a 16A lead.
I was then sent two different return labels on the one email and had to call in to ask which one I should use. The person that answered couldn't advise me and said that she needed to check with a colleague and call me back. However, I explained I needed to leave soon and didn't get a call back in a timely manner.
