“ Terrible company the worst delivery courier the UK has ever seen but who expected any better they are just the turd that was hermes in a blue coat of paint, they have failed me with Evri delivery ive had the displeasure of being transported by this useless bunch, I have had as many parcels "lost" by this company as I have failed to deliver or failed to deliver on time, Item was meant to be delivered on Monday 15th and updates were promising by 8pm I was told they will try again next working day, Tuesday came and went i contacted again and was told I'd be contacted by 10am today if no parcel, its 4pm now and still no communication aside from the same generic email i received on Tuesday 🤣🤣 its laughable how they continue to offer any service I wouldn't trust this company to counter to 2 let alone fulfil the role their entire business model circles around. ”

“ Next day delivery took them 4 days to deliver, all the response I got was lie upon more lies. When it finally arrived tha wrapping was all held together with brown sticky tape and the contents all dirty. ”

“ Still waiting for a next day delivery parcel one week after it should have been delivered. No update just says they have my parcel. Awful service. Can't contact anyone to speak to. Worst courier service in the UK by a mile. ”

“ Absolutely shocking company!! Have ordered 4 parcels for a locker delivery and there’s been a mix up on every single parcel!!!!! The first was placed in someone else’s locker which is a data breach instantly the second was because the driver scanned the locker and there was no free ones available the third and fourth am still waiting for no response from endless chat email or phone calls so assume stolen or lost AVOID like the plague!! I’m gobsmacked how this company is still in business!! ”

“ Parcel marked as delivered but in fact not scanned at the delivery point and eventually taken away by the courier. No explanation of why this actually happened. Tried to contact Evri customer service, no sensible reply just chat to the bot (an awful experience). The worst delivery service ever!!! ”

“ I paid next day delivery so it didn’t come when I’d gone home Yday Evri messsged me saying due to the size of the delivery they need a specialised van (feckn trainers) and I won’t get it till Saturday On Saturday Evri messaged me stating it will know be next week so I phoned blacks to cancel it. ”

“ It’s better to pay )1 extra delivery and actually receive your parcel than to have it get lost and not even recieve a refund for shipping. ”

“ Evri garbage deliver to the wrong address lose packages no information is given prove that the parcel was delivered to the right address some kind of nonsense and this happens every times I don't personally know people happy with this delivery all have problems with them info on trustpilot looks suspicious I don't believe in that rating they don't deserve more than 1 star before buying something you i have to call seller and ask not to use Evri ”
