“ I’ve now been waiting 3 extra days for a parcel that has reached their delivery depot but isn’t out for delivery, and it looks like I will not be getting my order on time for my holiday abroad despite leaving plenty of time. ”

“ My parcel is marked as unsuccessful delivery attempt. I was at home. No one attempted deliver nothing! They have nonexistent complaints procedures so they can get away with anything. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY! ”

“ Everything was wrong. This company made no effort to provide a reasonable service. Waited in two days for them to collect a return - never came despite promises. Their abysmal service is widely recognised and the suppliers who have contracted delivery work to them have to carry some of the blame. WE shold not be subjected to this nonsense. ”

“ Still waiting for two Evri deliveries and was told by the place I have had it send to they are prioritising to other locations and are not delivering to there location so nothing for me to pick up, totally awful service and should fold so we can go to another delivery service 👎👎👎👎👎 ”

“ Evri I will NOT buy Anything on E-bay, That use the terrible postal courier of Evri they DON'T even knock on the door, just dump your parcel on the door step to be stolen.. CCTV evidence of these situations many times. Evri voted the worst delivery company for the last 4yrs 2 parcels stolen and another one luckily i opened the door and it was just thrown at the door (CCTV evidence) I have a public walkway 3 meters from my front door ”
