“ I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. ”

“ Parcel appears to be going backwards so contacted the bot which said delivery out today However tracking states it was now with the senders depot. Contacted bot again and then told there is a delay. It's been stuck for 2 days I can only assume that bot just uses standard replies on a rotation system. Or is a robot capable of telling lies ”

“ Rubbish rubbish rubbish, make sure you ask who your delivery is going to be with and if it is with Evri dont order. ”

“ Terrible delivery person. Left the package over 50ft from the property on a busy road. Unacceptable from a courier company, everyone else manages to take it to the door. Unbelievably lazy. Do not use them. ”

“ I am disappointed that my local parcel shop, OneStop, Unit 1 Wheelwright lane Coventry has permanently closed but Evri are still trying to deliver to that location. I have sent messages by chat bot, email and all I get its that the parcel is due to be delivered. I have now missed out on several Vinted bargains due to this and find it very annoying. I have recived refunds, however the bargains are deemed lost, so Evri must have a huge collection of mis-delivered items. Very poor customer service. There must be many customers in this situation; the delivery drivers must be able to see the shop is closed and there are huge posters on the windows indicating it will not re-open, so why is Evri not arranging an alternative location? ”

“ I responded telling them the problem was that they had collected but were telling me they hadn’t I then got another useless response saying they were sorry my delivery was late, unbelievable! Do they actually read their emails at all, I don’t know how much clearer I could be. ”
