“ Item was for delivery to a shop. Delivery arrived at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night when the shop was closed and wouldn't re-open until Monday. Parcel was left on the pavement outside the shop, between two pubs, in the pouring rain. Beggars belief!! ”

If M&S are using Evri we will avoid ordering from M&S. ”
