So I cannot apply for a refund .

How on earth has this company got any good feedback is shocking they have misplaced 3 of my parcel in one week when I contacted them they said it been 10 days since you dropped them of at the parcel shop when it only been 4 days this company obviously don’t know what they’re doing when the parcels was dropped off four days ago and they’re telling me that it was dropped off 10 days ago. I can now see why this company has got such a bad name. How can a company lose 3 parcels in one week the tracking number are H0067A0355997364 H0067A0355948145 H0067A0355940884 I can now see why this company has been on tv for there shocking delivery service so why don’t they just phone me directly? To dirt out they mess up 3 parcel all going to different addresses LOST I’ve gave them the tracking number so they know who I am. They can find out who I am and my details through the tracking number this company is a total joke.so instead of a pointless reply phone me I’m now out the 3 parcel when I will now have to refund the buyers and you still charge me delivery cost on each parcel what YOU LOST I would like a reply from this company to how 3 parcel all been dropped off at portway petrol station what is there drop of point have all gone missing

After 6 failed attempts I told Evri to cancel the parcel and fully refund me but they are refusing to do so, and instead are “attempting to redeliver the parcel” which magically never gets delivered.

I asked for a letter with the details so I can give this to the sender to arrange a refund.

I will be putting in for a full refund from the seller and I shall escalate with eBay if this isn't resolved .

I’ve lost my item, I’ve wasted my time walking back and forth to a random address, and now I have to go through the hassle of reporting it and trying to get a refund or replacement.

When I contact customer support and input the tracking number, I'm instructed to contact the seller for a refund or replacement.

It has been a week since it says was delivered, but I still don’t have my parcel. As a delivery company, they have failed!! Evri, will not get me to change my current couriers to theirs. I’ve not received a refund or my goods. All I wanted was a pair of jeans, instead I’m out of pocket and nothing to show for it. How would you feel? Robbed!

My item was supposed to be delivered the next day. Six days later and I'm still waiting. Tracking has been saying it's on it's way for day's now. The truth is my item is not out for delivery and I'm being fobbed off. No customer service human to speak too. I've now asked Amazon for a refund. Evri needs to be shut down as it's not fit for purpose.
