Evri have lost my Nike returns parcel and now Nike say they won’t refund me. Shocking customer service – no one answers the phone, only generic messages, and no way to reach an actual person. Drivers are unprofessional and this is the worst delivery company in the UK. Avoid at all costs – they need to be investigated.

The driver assigned to our street refuses to deliver to the door, so much so he returns parcels saying it had been refused, or couldn’t deliver today will try again, this also never happens, I managed to locate the depot and spoke to a really lovely manager who unfortunately is too nice and still hasn’t managed to sort it.

Local Evri courier for St Newlyn East, Cornwall has been a problem for years, he repeatedly reports by private bungalow as a 'closed business' and states I have refused my parcels, he then returns them to the seller, doesn't attempt to deliver, has never attempted a redelivery, I am a stay at home carer, I am home all day, he knows that, and he purposefully leaves the parcels at the other end of the garden, never knocks the door, even when it's supposed to be signed for.

Basically I was returning a purchase to the seller and I did it via the post office for Evri to collect and return to the seller! The post office printed the returns label.

Absolutely apalling.
Failed to collect a "paid for" collection on a return to Bon Marche but they have ignored all my online chats and telephone calls ever since.
No way to speak to a human.
Always told it is being looked into but then nothing happens. Nothing.
Soon, Bon Marche returns period clises & we will also be out cost of those goods!!
Howv is that ok?
