“This seller still thinks that he can scare people by bullying them but he's wrong. I have got a full refund on an item I bought from him because I won the case against him. Not because he did refund me. In fact, he sold me a faulty unit and he continues to do this to customers. If I was wrong then why did Paypal rule in my favour? I have nothing personal against him and I have a 100% feedback on eBay. But this seller needs to learn a lesson that he can't silence others! And he can't keep selling faulty used units as new, this is bad and unacceptable behaviour. I won the case against him and I will continue to help customers to avoid scam sellers like Ewix.”
“This seller is a bully! He will do everything in his power to silence you. I had a conversation with him regarding testing a laptop and if it doesn't work I'll return it back. He confirmed that it's fine and that they offer replacements and refunds.
Guess what? After checking the item and discovering that it's faulty the seller refused to refund me! I left him negative feedback on eBay but unfortunately eBay sides with sellers against customers. So, do not be fooled by his feedback. Because what happens is that eBay keeps removing all the negative feedback he gets which is a bad practice that eBay allows to protect bad sellers.”
