“They never send the products when they promise. Royal mail are useless, and cost them a customer. Their products are good and they work for me, but there are other trusted brands out there.”
“Did this diet with the old shakes and they were 5 star, tasty, left you feeling full with great loss. Now 1 star, since sugar free pro biotic they leave you very windy with loose stools and don’t have the same full feeling. Let me know if they return back to the old way”
“Lousy customer service potentially bad product. The fruity milk has an acetone (nail polish remover) taste and smell when added to milk. Customer service told me to wait 48 hours for a response. ????? After 8 years, I'm done with them. Since they moved from Idealshake, their prices went up, and customer service has cratered.”
“I was a long time user of Ideal Shakes, and the company has gone downhill since switching to Exante. I received product in damaged packaging that spilled all over the rest of my $200 order. That product that spilled smelled rancid and stunk up my house. I asked for a replacement flavor for the damaged product and was told it could only be replaced with the same product since it was the sample size. It would cost the same to ship out either package so it is a ridiculous policy. I won't be purchasing again based on the product is now way over-priced, sent in cheap packaging, and has poor customer service.”

“I loved IdealShape. The shakes were so tasty and I could order my product in big containers that would last me for months. The containers always came filled to the brim and the selection of flavors was wonderful. So many flavors. Now I tried the new "Exante". I am very disappointed and angry. For my first order I could only purchase a pouch size. And it was less half full! Definitely not worth my money to be skimped on this new product. I see the new angle they are trying to go with here. Money where they used to be more wholesome. And they have also cut the range of their flavors in half. They took away so much! I'm including pictures for real proof and comparison. Just why!”
“Shakes are ok. Other products are hit and miss. Some nice. Some inedible. Everything does have that synthetic taste. Delivery is often problematic. Courier they use is awful. Customer services are very apologetic when things go wrong but don't actually resolve the issue. Words of apology mean nothing when the customer is the one inconvenienced and left to sort everything out. Very poor.”
