“They delivered a long wheelbase 2.9L Vivaro van for towing 2tn vehicles while mine was in the shop for a week. Both front tyres had 2mm tread and I was expected to change them myself.
When I asked that they come and change them, they tried to end the hire and turned up to take the vehicle back.
They shouldn't be letting dangerous and barely legal vehicle out of their yard. I was lucky not to have had an accident with all of the possible consequences.
Very poor indeed.”
