“Awful.........still waiting for a refund!! My item is still at the courier depot, been waiting for 19 days for my mirror. It was a gift for Christmas so I do not want this anymore. But trying to get a refund or to speak to a sales person is impossible. Be careful !!”

“Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone. Or cut you off when they do answer (9 times for me!!!!!) They make repeated promises about delivery dates which they don’t honour and they don’t tell you in advance so you book a day off work, stay in for 12 hours, and they don’t turn up!!!(twice!!!). Avoid this company like the plague.”

It did take a couple of weeks, which I knew from the start, because I imagine it would be made and ordered individually. But I was kept informed and the courier also gave excellent service.”
