To get a full breakfast you have to order everything separately which means you end up eating a lot of bread because everything is on toast or in a bap. You have to leave to use the restroom. The questions below don't make sense as they are about a delivery not an airport line.

Very clean and relaxing. Staff friendly and courteous. Food delivery fast and efficient- nothing negative about the experience

Had a good visit to the aspire lounge at m/c airport. Unfortunately not a great selection of anything really food wise being a vegetarian. Was told it was down to delivery problems. Just had coffee expensive coffee but more comfortable than the departure lounge. Staff are always friendly and polite.

Staff were lovely, they had to deal with some unhappy customers because the beer delivery hadn’t arrived yet. But did very well and were super polite to everyone

Difficult to order food and drink using online app and delivery of exactly what was ordered - hit and miss!! Ultimately, it was better than sitting out with the “masses” - but there needs to be some changes back to normality for this to start working again properly.

The menu was restricted compared to the advertised one on the website, we had to order our food via our smart phone ( luckily we have one) after three failed attempts of picking drinks and food we were informed that we had to log on to the WiFi. This had taken 20 minutes we asked a waiter and he wrote down our order and it came later, we were informed when we arrived that orders were taking 20 minutes as you were busy, So with the frustration of the phone and delay it was hardly the relaxing experience we expected, I also noticed there were no papers or magazines as advertised but I presume this was due to COVID. Plus what do the questions about delivery below have to do with this?

Excellent service from check in to delivery of meal choice. All staff appeared calm and were extremely helpful.

PS, Why is the review asking me if my delivery was made on time, who made it and was my item damaged? Seems a little obscure to me when reviewing an exec airport lounge.

Lounge was very busy which is absolutely a good thing. Nice and clean. However ran out of things at the bar despite it being lunchtime. I hope they were going to get a delivery otherwise poor show really. But will use again. Nice way to start a holiday
