I ordered the scrambled egg on sour dough, it smelt very bad of fish, 3 further customers also returned them, no alternative was offered one guy got and walked to the kitchen to demand an alternative, staff were bickering in the reception area, no one said good morning or made eye contact, I was appalled, at the service and the unfriendly atmosphere, I would like a refund, as I ate no food and was given a third of glass of horrible wine, bartender didn't know what Chardonnay was, and didn't know or couldn't read what was on the bottle she served me

Booked time slot online, arrived and was told the lounge was closing early so I wouldn't be allowed entry. Still waiting on the refund.

Opening time changed so that we could only enter at 6. There was no way we could stay past 6.30 without missing our flight so personally I don't think the partial refund was sufficient. I know it's stated that prosecco is extra but I think that's disappointing for certain customers.

Very poor crowded “space” - we asked for a refund as we could not get seats ( they were still selling access at the door) Suddenly they opened reserved space that we were told was closed to customers.

I booked 2 spaces at Heathrow for the 16th November but the lounge was closed. When will I get a refund??

Very disappointing and would like a refund as do not feel it was any better then sitting in the terminal in fact I would say it was worst.

I went onto your website and asked that you move 4 of us to coincide with our new booking in May 2022 together with the bottle of prosecco we had purchased and refund the fifth member of our party.

My visit was cancelled by email before visiting but, despite being entitled to a refund, the response from customer services has been zero. They failed to respond to messages, and also failed to respond to a request for a call back when no one was available to take my call. Overall the service thus far has been appalling.

Choice of hot breakfast food Ok but poor continental choice and no fruit juices available. I had paid for 2 glasses of prosecco but none available and no refund given. Poor choice of wine - simply red or white not different varieties. Overall not good value for money
