“ Secondly, there is no website to ask for a refund. ”

“ Booked a holiday via Expedia. The hotel then decided to close for maintenance 3 nights before our booking finished so we had to book another hotel nearby. Hotel stated that they would give us a refund for the cancelled days but as we booked via Expedia we had to go through them. Expedia have now stated that are unable to refund us - effectively stealing our money. ”
