“One love. 5 stars service: I received an answer/quote a day after my first enquiry, accurate pieces of advice/tutorials on how to get the right format/layout. Mike answered all my anxious and imprecise emails, and proved to be really patient throughout. Ex Why Zed also works with GfSmith and get the paper you might need either from them or via their 'in-house' products... The attention they give is quite rare these days.
