Ordered a pair of Leki ski mittens. After a few weeks they had not arrived so I contacted the company, who told me that DHS had a problem delivering them (Channel Islands), but they advised another pair were on the way.
They arrived after a couple of days and I am very pleased with them, and with the service following my email to them.
