“Bitter dissapointment. Recieved the boots, after paying £92 of customs charges. Description on the website is really confuing and unclear, it says: "incl. Tax, free shipping (UK), plus custom duties". I was buying shoes from Alpinetrek, also from Germany without any additional customs charges. Worst thing is, they dont fit and I will need to return them...”

“Exxpozed Do not buy anything from Exxpozed! I spend €1314.88 for 7 items on their website, but only received 1 items after 3 months. @eXXpozed refused to send rest of items to me. If you see their reviews on Google, Do not waste your money. thier Customer service stop repling me, my ordered items still haven't received, no refund at all. They always lie said to sent all items, but couldn't give any evidence and shipping records. Do Not Trust them.”

“Ordered cycling shoes Oct. 1st and just got them today November 20th...7 weeks! We were under the impression they would arrive within 2 to 3 business days according to their website which was not clear. Even understanding they are a German company we figured they had a US warehouse they would ship from...not the case! We order regularly from all over the world and when those sites state a shipping date it’s based on our location and how long it would take. Even with Covid delays we’ve revived items in a reasonable and acceptable period. I bought other cycling shoes online and received them a week ago. This is just another bad review to add to their endless count!”

“WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed a order with 7 items which worth 1314.86 euro on 11 May 2020. I only received 1 item from exxpozed today (10/06/2020), I've tried to email and call them, but they completely ignore my enquires for whole month. They only reply when you give negative review on Google page. They said they shipped all 7 items by DHL, I called DHL a fews time with the tracking number CI601888836DE, but DHL said they only had 1 item. Exxpozed lied to their customer all the time, they try to play a disgusting game. IT IS A SCAM! I've reported it to Paypal, hopefully Paypal can get my money back.”
