I ordered two very expensive frames. One came within 2 weeks, the other I have been waiting for, for 6 weeks now. I have called and put on hold for HOURS on end, literally. I never get a call back, or an email (I sent 2). Terrible customer service. Will not recommend them, nor will I ever do business with them again. I'm out over $200.00!!

AWFUL! I buy a lot of stuff online, and I have purchased glasses from other companies. I have a frame of reference for how good a company can be. EZContacts is horrible. I ordered glasses on September 14, 2021. It said it would take 2-3 to to complete the order, and I paid for quicker shipping. On September 24, I went online to find out if they had been shipped and they had not. According to the site, they had not even been started. At that time, I saw a notice that said they closed for the Jewish holiday, and would be out of the office until September 29. I tried to call customer service, thinking a large company would have someone to answer during such an extended absence. They did not. I used the contact form to cancel. I didn't get a word back. I then sent an email stating I wanted to cancel my order. Joel responded and just said, call back on September 30. I sent another contact form message to cancel asap. On October 5, having not heard back from them, I did an online chat. I told her I had cancelled and not received an acknowledgement. She then said they just finished making the glasses. I told her the dates I cancelled and don't know why they would make them, and I said I just wanted my money back. She said that she would issue a refund. A couple of days later, I checked my account to see if my funds had been returned. Instead I say that on October 5, when I did the chat, that was the day, they first took the money. More than a week after I asked to cancel. It is now October 25, and I still do not have my refund. I did another chat and she said there was a delay in processing my refund, and I would get it within 3-5 days. It has been five days, and still no money. I will now have to waste more time with them. She tried to tell me that holiday was online. It might have been, but not in a visible way that I would have seen it when i ordered or paid. More importantly, the stated processing time meant that they should have been ready to ship before their vacation began. And WHO closes for more than 10 days in 2021? When someone needs glasses, they may not have more than a month to wait for a new pair. Initially, I ordered from them because I had gotten a new pair from glassesusa. They were too big, and didn't have a smaller frame. Ezcontact did. I thought they would fulfill the order as stated. Instead, during that time, that I was able to get another pair from glassesusa made, sent and received before even getting my refund from ezcontacts.

Please don’t order glasses from them, they will say 3-6 business days but will never fulfill order on time. I am waiting from last 14 business days, I have made them payment and now they have stopped replying to my email. I think they will eventually send the glasses but if you have close to 3-4 weeks to wait then order else find a better place. My son is having tough time from last 18 calendar days.

First of all: I'm Jewish and frankly do.not.understand how you have no Christians on your staff who can fulfill orders during an 8 day holiday? I ordered by phone (after their e-mail customer service person didn't know how to fill a prescription) and she should have told me they were going to be closed. Now it's over a week and I get, "so sorry, it's PROBABLY because we were closed..." And, "it will be sent end of week but likely next week." FTS! I'm still on hold while typing this. If this prescription isn't correct I will SCREAM BLOODY MURDER! Still on hold...still on hold...still on hold...25 minutes...45 MINUTES AND HUNG UP ON! EZ CONTACTS SUCKS.
