Dear Customer , All products are new and with A Manufacturer's Guarantee , we more then happy to replace if any issues , please before post review contact our customer service , phones ,emails and facebook messanger constantly monitored , Web chat also have option to leave email and order number , thats only requirements to open ticket with us P.S. we checked emails including Spam folder and there is no message from you Please contact us , we will replace bulbs the same day or send full refund

“Sorry to say that there is a pronounced drop when the door is opened and I do not think the hinges will last long. They do not look as strong as the ones they are replacing. The customer service was first class but the items were disappointing and the quality needs looking at.”
