Received product in a timely manner, but there was a crack in it. I have contacted Ezee-Fix twice about it and heard nothing!

Dear Customer, we never received email from you , i will find your order by name you posted here and will contact you Monday firs thing . sometimes when email is without "topic" then emails are recognised as spam . please send email again with order number in topic . or please wait till Monday morning we will contact you

Luckily I ordered 2 fridge light bulbs as one did not work. I haven't returned the faulty one as I don't wish to incur more cost. Very disappointing.

I ordered a part on 15th January and have not received it yet. Despite the website saying the part was in stock and it had been shipped it transpires that the part was not in stock and was only shipped 21/1/2020. My 86 year old mother has therefore not been able to cook any proper meals, and had I known of this delay I would have explored getting a new cooker rather than a replacement part.

I ordered and paid for my part and was advised that it would arrive within 3 working days. 7 days later no sign of my part so i emailed you but you haven't even had the decency to reply to me. Im going to ask for a refund and shop elsewhere....Update after speaking to them i have now told that the part is a special order..thanks for origanaily saying its been DISPACTHED..

I recived my purchase damaged ... i’v send them pictures with the damaged goods and I didn’t even get a reply ... so ... in few words i will never ever buy from them ...

Delivery was quick and package arrived undamaged. However, this product is not fit for purpose as the handle falls off every time the basket is lifted out of the dishwasher and the cutlery frequently ends up all over the floor!

Cooker hook filter - universal size -cut down to fit!!!??? My hood is 900cm wide - your filter was 600ish max - cut down to size?? Stating the size on the item description would have been a good idea!!!!
