As polite as the woman was on the phone, Ezibuy has obviously sacked all it's New Zealand phone operators who'd have been earning a livable wage, and gone off shore to the Philippines or the like for cheap labour.. How typical..
So, I rang to add a couple of things to my order, but ohhh, noooo, we can no longer help a customer out to that level anymore.
So I asked to cancel the order so I could start again and add the extra items myself.. Well, ohhh, nooo, we can't manage that either..
What a load of old rubbish.. My only option was to order the extra items and pay for the postage again.. Well, not on your life..
I shan't be shopping at any of the shops Mosaic Brands now owns and operates.. I have been a loyal Ezibuy shopper for well over a decade but will be no longer..
Basically, they can get nicked...”
