“Had pre booked for 4 new tyres. I arrived early for appointment, but that was fine, they didn’t mind and started on it,as soon as I’d filled in paperwork. They had a waiting room, which was clean, tidy and had comfy chairs😊 and a tv and magazines were available Work finished on time. Chap explained about tracking etc... showed me the graph. Place itself was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking areas and access is very good 👍🏻 Definitely return, as they do MOT, exhausts, servicing etc..”

“10/06/2019, Chelmsford, took my caravan tyre in due to a flat, the valve was split, within 15 mins the tyre was back in my car and away without charge, new valve and fully ready to go back on the van. Most appreciated the team going that extra mile, as they were very busy. Thanks Chelmsford team.”

“Bobbie at the Reading garage was really helpful. I had purchased a tyre and booking online as my rear left tyre had a nail in it and I was uneasy about driving to the garage with my two young children in tow. Bobbie advised on arrival that he may be able to repair it but there was no guarantee, and on inspection he informed me that this was the case and organised a refund for the purchased tyre. I really liked Bobbie’s enthusiasm and honesty as many garages can take advantage just to get the sale.”

“you can only tell how good or bad company is when there's an issue and how well they resolved the issue. had some brake pads fitted that was squealing no quibble no argument they replace the pads and give me a good deal on the price very happy with them”
