“Used to be a frequent customer to blackbetty.com, which had great customer service but the business seems to have taken a strange turn since changing to ‘fabify’. The website is poorly constructed and bugs often, the discount codes displayed on the homepage don’t work, and worse when I tried to place an order within a few hours my payment was refunded with no explanation. Contacted customer service twice with no response. It’s like the business has vanished and for some reason they continue to have an operating website. Their social media pages are dead too. Very odd, won’t be ordering again until they bring this back from the dead.”
