We spoke yesterday, I'm not sure if you have received that email? We can see that your item has been shipped, but it looks as though there has been an issue with the courier.
The supplier are looking into this now with APC and we will of course be in touch as soon as we have an update.
We have also refunded any shipping costs for you Kirsty as an apology for the inconvenience.

I emailed back a few days ago now and I haven't had a reply. The supplier has confirmed these have been shipped, however there is no tracking available, so in this instance we have refunded the order in full.

Hi there Peter,
I am so sorry to hear that you haven't received your cushion covers. I can't see that we have had any communication from you to query this so we were unaware up until this review that you haven't had them through.
I am chasing this with the supplier now and will as for a replacement to be sent out on an expedited delivery.
