“Excellent customer service. Received a scuffed cake board and after emailing Fabricake I received a phone call the same day asking whether I'd like a replacement or refund. The replacement arrived the next day! They also have a great selection and special offers plus next day delivery on spends over £40 and a points system to redeem on future orders.”

“my order was here the next day very well packed . I had 2 broken containers that were replaced and sent to me swiftly the next day with 3 freebies . The plastic that Saracino paste is packed in is very brittle so not Fabricake’s fault . I sent an email late at night and had a return email within 10mins. I will be using you again Thank you”

“Fabricake always exceed my expectations. On this occasion I needed to add extra items to my order before dispatch. They replied to my emails on a Sunday morning and adding my extra items was completely fuss-free.”
