“ When returning goods you can't change but only return for a refund which means you have to pay for the courier yourself 12€ and when you do get your money back they charge the bank charges to you. Si o paid 5€ courier to receive plus 12€ order to send back plus 3 bank charges = 20 euro loss on shoes that cost 33€. ”
