“Very responsive and free sample sent quickly. I was hoping to match an existing flooring I had from a different supplier, but unfortunately the shade I wanted was discontinued. However my emails were replied to speedily and politely. Would definitely use again.”

“The samples arrived a little later that advised, but decent size sample allowing good visualisation of the graining, and texture. I would have given serious consideration to purchasing my flooring off one of the samples sent, but the indicated price per m2 was more expensive than that of a similar sample sent by another supplier.”

“Actually it is quite an attractive for the floor works projects. But there is a issue what makes me to think again as the size of the place I need to count accurately. The return or add on top will be a problem where transportation cost will be involved”

“The flooring is excellent, really good quality. I went for the 12mm for my floor in the garden room. Looks fantastic and is easy to install with no waste.”

“Factory Direct Flooring provide an excellent product with a very easy ordering system. Their distribution and delivery system unfortunately is dreadful in my experience. The carriers they use seem to treat their customers like mushrooms ( keep them in the dark ) fail to answer the phone and ignore emails. I would be unlikely to reorder from them until they resolve this problem.”
