“Flooring looks amazing! It took a little while to arrive and a lot longer to fit than expected but it’s absolutely stunning. We ordered the barley oak herringbone and it’s gorgeous. Yet to see how it work with the under floor heating but hopefully it’ll be ok.”

“I stayed in all day it did not turn up. I had rung to make sure it was on its way and they said yes it was. I phoned up and left a message to ring me the following day No phone call. It turned up this morning at 10.30. No notice so it was lucky I was in. It is ridiculous that you can not give AM or PM I run a business and to stay in all day is hard and then to find my day was wasted is very annoying and had I not been here this morning and missed the delivery to say you will charge again. I suggest you get a better delivery company that you get a tracking number and are able to track the parcel Then he drops at the gate. Could not be bothered to drive up the driveway. I am yet to get up from the gate as to carry Mrs Christina Wilkinson”

“Karl and the team were great, from the advise they given over the phone, email confirmations and collection, everyone was great and I will definitely return, watch with the beading as the calculations can't work the amounts out but if you speak to them they will be able to advise what is needed.”

“The response to my request for vinyl floor sample has been swift and efficient. I am in process of deciding and find a local fitter before i place an order.”

“Prompt delivery and good value... but many of the planks came with a stain on all of them in the same spot, looked like a production issue. I had booked someone to fit it, so just had to lay the floor with the stains :(”

“Quick service and good quality product. My only concern is that the sample of herringbone flooring does not look very herringbone to me!”
