“I have received the samples and am very happy that you have provided this free service. I would order the floor covering for a small bathroom but unfortunately the person who was going to fit it is busy until July. I think I will be in contact later once the tradesman can give me a date. Excellent service and very grateful for providing samples so quickly. Thank you”

“Brilliant company. After I placed my order they rang me to tell me I had ordered the wrong underlay for my floor choice. They cancelled the underlay and credited my account the same day. Delivery was exactly as requested.”
