“Quick and accurate service”

“Great product (vinyl) at the best price price I could find on the net. Delivery was fast and on the agreed date. Only issue was the vinyl was damaged with a small tear on delivery. The packaging does have a message in big red letters to call immediately if its damaged. As it was we measured it and the tear was actually on a section being cut off (bay window) - Phew! Overall: Really happy, but do check yours carefully on delivery.”

“The floor is beautiful and clicks together with a very good fit. The instructions weren't very clear to understand though. The customer service was very slim, sent an email with nothing in return. No communication to the delay if my delivery until delivery men where outside my home with it. Lucky I was in. For the charge there is for delivery that was annoying.”

“When shops say "free samples" you normally have to pay for postage and packaging. Not the case here! I will absolutely be buying my flooring from here. The prices are the best I've found.”

“Stock amounts on the website were not up to date, so I had to order another option once my original order had already been accepted and paid for as they were out of stock. I had to chase up on the date it was due for delivery only to find out the delivery hadn't even been booked. The soonest next delivery date available was a Saturday delivery. After having to go in to work on a weekend which I do not usually work and waiting all day as the courier would not call to let me know a delivery time slot, it then again was not delivered. After then cancelling the order, the delivery was then attempted a week later! With the current stock and delivery issues, I would not recommend using Factory Flooring Direct if you need your flooring to arrive within a specific timeframe.”

“Website is mis leading ordered cushioned vinyl as stated in the ad online ended up with normal vinyl. Delivery driver didn't even knock on the door. Delivery was just left on the driver way even when I was home. Save you time and don't order from here because it will cost you the return delivery even if good arrive damaged.”

“Very good experience with good customer service. Disagree with the delivery charges when you need to order extra tho...we were one box short for our job and had to pay £25 for one box”
